
In the area of inbound sales, my focus is on the comprehensive consulting and support of special specialists on both national and international levels. A central component of the activity is the preparation and follow-up of offers, ideally up to the successful placement of the order. In addition, initiative offers are developed in order to proactively respond to customer needs. In addition, it is part of the area of responsibility to observe customer appointments, to operate the customer base maintenance and to take over the organisation and implementation of customer events. Project support also plays an important role - be it through the implementation of special campaigns, the accompaniment of the after-sales process or the implementation of campaign reviews in order to analyse and optimise the success and efficiency of the measures.
