In the area of inbound sales, my focus is on providing comprehensive advice and support to specialist intermediaries at both national and international level. A central part of the job is the preparation and follow-up of offers, ideally right through to the successful placement of orders. In addition, proactive offers are prepared in order to proactively respond to customer needs. The job also involves attending customer appointments, maintaining the customer base and organizing and holding customer events. Project support also plays an important role - be it by implementing special campaigns, supporting the after-sales process or carrying out campaign reviews in order to analyze and optimize the success and efficiency of the measures.
